If this were true then the business would never have lasted for so long. These so called naysayers are not even members of CP let alone part of the construction industry.

Each time they require a new sub or a new lead they choose to depend on CP although this means that a small commission shall be levied. If the business were a scam then such return users should never have existed and that too in such large numbers. Ask any of the members and they shall praise the business and work ethics at CP.
