Charter Cable TV has this great bundle offer. Getting cable TV, home phone service, and internet for $69.97 is a great deal. The only catch is that it’s for 12 months, and then the price goes up – but sometimes you can talk with them and still get a good deal. Charter does not have the best customer service, but I have stayed with them because I have not found a faster, more reliable internet service. The customer service for internet service is also very good. Every time I’ve had a problem with my internet (which over the years has not been too much)they have always been very efficient and quick in helping me. Customer service for phone and cable are good, too. It’s just the payment customer service that’s a problem. They send you all over the place and you talk to people who are located in the Philippines but are “surprisingly” named Kaitlyn and Brad. Charter is also the only service around me that has Fox Sports Midwest in its regular channel offerings – a must for Cardinals fans. They do have a good channel line up. Anyway, it is a good deal for 12 months.
