I Got the Wrong ColorI bought name badges and name tags about two weeks ago and they finally got to my house in the mail. I just realized that when I selected the name badge color on the web site, I bought the wrong color. I thought I clicked the gold colored name tag and I bought the silver ones by mistake. I called the company and asked them if they could do an exchange for me and they told me no. They did offer me a discount on the magnetic name tags that I bought and told me that if I wanted to buy more I could get a discount on the name tags that I get in the future. The silver ones look okay but my boss really wanted the gold name tags. I am going to have to tell him tomorrow that the company made a mistake and hope he doesn’t realize it was my fault. I doubt he will be that mad, but I am sure he will be upset with me.
